Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of deltaes.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. They cover the website only: our work is carried out under the terms of each quotation and order.

Who we are

This website is run by Delta Engineering Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17133445. Our registered office is Unit 3, Grove House, Booth Street, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 5JA. You can contact us at info@deltaes.co.uk or on 01706 399037.

Information on the website

The information here is a general description of our services and past work. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and nothing on the website forms a contract. Prices, programmes and specifications are only agreed in writing.

We keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it is complete or free from errors, or that it will always be available.

Certificates and documents

Certificates, policies and the prequalification pack are published so that customers can check our accreditations. Each one is the current version at the time it was published. You may download, print and share them for that purpose, but please do not change them or present them as anyone else’s.

A certificate is issued by its certification body, which can confirm its current status. If a document matters to a contract decision, ask us for the latest copy.

Accreditation marks belong to the bodies that issue them, and may not be copied from this website.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to us or to the people who have allowed us to use them. Please ask before reusing any of them, except for the documents described above.

Links to other websites

Where we link to another website, such as a certification body or Google Maps, we do so for your convenience. We are not responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

Using the website fairly

You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access to it or the server it runs on, or by introducing viruses or other harmful material. Doing so may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Our liability

We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content, except where the law does not allow us to limit our liability, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.

Privacy and cookies

How we use personal information is explained in our privacy notice, and the cookies the website uses in our cookie policy.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Last updated 4 November 2026.
