Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or voice control.
How accessible the website is
The website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In particular:
- every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focus is always visible;
- text and controls meet the contrast levels in WCAG, including the text over photographs;
- the page still works when text is enlarged to 200% or the screen is narrowed to the width of a phone;
- photographs have text descriptions, and headings and landmarks describe the structure of each page;
- the documents register works without JavaScript, and every document has its own address.
What we know is not fully accessible
Some PDF certificates are produced by the certification bodies that issue them, and we cannot change how they are made. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will help.
The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and may not work fully with assistive technology. The address is given in text next to it, with a link that opens it in Google Maps.
How we tested it
The website was checked on 4 November 2026 using automated testing of every page at desktop and phone widths, together with manual checks by W Web Design, which built the website. We will check it again when the website changes significantly.
